SAFETY RECALL

Ezytrail Camper Trailers are issuing a voluntary recall with the ACCC for a potential structural weakness that has been found in early K-Series Mark 1 models. This does not apply to any Mark 2 models only Mark 1 models sold between 2015 and 2017. There have been a very small amount of reported cases of the chassis breaking between the tool boxes and the camper body while fully loaded in harsh off-road conditions. Ezytrail take this very seriously and want to ensure that no other customers have any issues with their trailers and therefore the recall has been issued.

The recall process is simple, enter you campers unique chassis number into the recall search bar below. This number is located at the rear of the trailer on the right hand side on a plate attached to the chassis. Enter the last 8 digits of this number into the search bar and click search. The website will then tell you if you need to lodge a recall claim or if your trailer is not affected.
